Welcome to rinjaniindonesia.com. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking our trekking packages. By making a reservation, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to all the terms stipulated below.
General Terms
rinjaniindonesia.com acts as a tour organizer for Mount Rinjani trekking, Lombok, Indonesia.
All trekking activities are strictly subject to the official regulations issued by the Mount Rinjani National Park Authority (BTNGR).
Registration and Payment
A booking is confirmed once the Participant pays a Down Payment (DP) of 40% of the total package price.
The remaining balance must be fully settled at least 1 days before the trekking departure date.
Payments are only valid when transferred to our bank account.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
warning Given that TNGR (e-Rinjani) entrance tickets operate under a strict quota system and are entirely non-refundable by the national park authority:

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to departure will result in all payments made being completely non-refundable.
event_repeat Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule are subject to e-Rinjani ticket quota availability and our guiding team's schedule. Additional administrative fees may apply.
thunderstorm Force Majeure
If the trek is canceled due to natural disasters, extreme weather, or trail closures by authorities, we will offer rescheduling options or a refund minus non-recoverable expenses (such as already issued national park tickets).
Health and Safety
Trekking Mount Rinjani is a strenuous physical activity at high altitudes. Participants must be in prime physical and mental health.
Participants are required to provide a valid Medical Certificate from a doctor prior to the trek, as mandated by BTNGR regulations.
We are not liable for any injuries, illness, or accidents caused by pre-existing medical conditions or participant negligence.
Limitation of Liability
We are responsible for providing the services and facilities as described in your selected package (guides, group porters, tents, meals).
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to participants' personal belongings during the trip.
